Yurt Inns along the Silk Road in Kyrgyzstan

 Best season: July - August

Kyrgyz nomads have been using yurts since the 6^th century. Although now most local people live in blockhouses they consider it as honour to set yurt on occasion of wedding or other significant events. For past several years it also became popular to take a weekend trip to the Yurt Inn or stay there for Kumys rehabilitation programmes.

We offer shared accommodation in the yurt from EUR 10 per person per night with breakfast as well as transportation to the Yurt Inns, folklore shows, local kinds of equestrian sport etc.
